In 2022, Ubuntu Pledge provided leadership and business coaching to Goitom, founder of EristarsUK, enhancing his leadership and the organisation’s digital presence in partnership with Creative One Stop Ltd.
Project overview
In 2022, Ubuntu Pledge delivered bespoke leadership and business coaching for Goitom, founder of EristarsUK, a grassroots organisation empowering the Eritrean community in West London through Tigrigna language classes, youth sports and supplementary education. Coaching strengthened leadership capacity and operational systems. In partnership with Creative One Stop Ltd, the project developed branding, a website and social media presence to increase visibility, engagement and long-term impact.
What we did
- Ubuntu Pledge provided strategic leadership development and operational coaching
- Creative One Stop Ltd led branding, design and digital implementation.
- One-to-one leadership coaching strengthened Goitom’s vision, decision-making and confidence.
- Introduced Notion as a central workspace for projects, planning and resources, improving communication and operations.
- With Creative One Stop, developed a brand identity, launched a professional website, optimised social media and configured Google Workspace including Gmail, Drive and Calendar.
- Created a digital content and engagement strategy supporting outreach, storytelling and programme promotion.
