Organisational Effectiveness & Transformation

Helping organisations improve, transform and achieve better outcomes

Ubuntu Pledge works with charities, Community Interest Companies, community organisations, public institutions and purpose-led organisations that want to become more effective and respond successfully to change.

How we start

We begin by understanding the organisation's priorities, challenges and current ways of working. We then help leaders and teams identify practical opportunities for improvement across people, processes, systems, services and technology.

Collaborative and implementation-focused

Our approach is collaborative and implementation-focused. We do not stop at identifying problems or producing recommendations. We work with organisations to introduce practical improvements, strengthen internal capability and support change that can be sustained.

Bespoke and commissioned projects

Organisations may commission Ubuntu Pledge to support a particular challenge, project or community priority. Projects may relate to heritage, energy, digital inclusion, employability, youth development, wellbeing, community engagement or another agreed theme.

A bespoke project can draw upon any combination of organisational transformation, research, training, coaching and IAG.

Support may include

  • Organisational reviews
  • Organisational effectiveness
  • Transformation and change
  • Digital transformation
  • Operational processes
  • Systems, policies and procedures
  • Leadership and workforce capability
  • Research and evaluation
  • Bespoke commissioned work

“Joining Ubuntu Pledge has been one of the best decisions I have made, absolutely worth it.”

The team gave their time patiently, and having a laptop meant practising independently between sessions.
