Coaching & Personal Development
Develop clarity, confidence and momentum
Ubuntu Pledge provides individual and group coaching that helps people clarify their direction, recognise their strengths and turn their goals into practical action.
Time and structure to think
Coaching creates time and structure for people to think, reflect and make informed decisions. We help participants identify barriers, establish realistic goals, develop an action plan and remain accountable for the steps they choose to take.
Where coaching fits
Coaching can be accessed independently or used as the next stage after IAG or training. IAG can help someone address an immediate challenge. Training can develop knowledge and practical skills. Coaching helps the person apply that learning, maintain momentum and sustain progress.
One-to-one and group coaching
A one-to-one coaching engagement maintains an individual development record containing goals, session notes, actions, progress and outcomes. A group coaching engagement supports cohorts, group sessions, attendance, shared objectives, resources and individual follow-up actions where appropriate.

“Joining Ubuntu Pledge has been one of the best decisions I have made, absolutely worth it.”
The team gave their time patiently, and having a laptop meant practising independently between sessions.
