Services

Practical servicesdesigned around real needs

Ubuntu Pledge provides four connected areas of service: Information, Advice and Guidance; Training and Learning; Coaching and Personal Development; and Organisational Effectiveness and Transformation. We support individuals and families with immediate challenges, practical learning and personal development. We also help charities, Community Interest Companies, community organisations, public institutions and purpose-led organisations improve, manage change and deliver stronger outcomes. Each service can be accessed independently. Services can also be combined to create a complete pathway of support around a person, family, community or organisation.

The distinctive journey

Support today, skills for tomorrow.

Come in for support. Leave with capability.

People usually arrive because something needs solving now — a form, digital access, work, money or family pressure. We help with that immediate issue, then ask what capability would help you handle the next one yourself. That is the Ubuntu Pledge Transformation Loop.

Sometimes the answer is information. Sometimes it is training, coaching, an existing Ubuntu programme, a bespoke intervention, or connection to specialist expertise. The right support depends on the person, family, organisation or community in front of us.
